S\u0130PAR\u0130\u015e \u0130PTAL\u0130<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>ALICI, sipari\u015fini kargoya verilmeden \u00f6nce iptal etme hakk\u0131na sahiptir.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u0130ptal talebi i\u00e7in\u00a0<a>orma@ormafood.com<\/a>\u00a0adresine e-posta g\u00f6nderilmesi veya 0 533 147 43 83 numaral\u0131 telefondan ileti\u015fime ge\u00e7ilmesi yeterlidir.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sipari\u015f kargoya verilmeden \u00f6nce iptal edilirse, \u00f6deme tutar\u0131 ayn\u0131 \u00f6deme y\u00f6ntemiyle iade edilir.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. \u0130ADE KO\u015eULLARI<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Orma Food \u00fcr\u00fcnleri, g\u0131da \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc stat\u00fcs\u00fcnde oldu\u011fundan dolay\u0131\u00a0<strong>kargoya verilmi\u015f veya teslim al\u0131nm\u0131\u015f \u00fcr\u00fcnlerde iade kabul edilmemektedir<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bu uygulama, 6502 say\u0131l\u0131 T\u00fcketicinin Korunmas\u0131 Hakk\u0131nda Kanun\u2019un 15. maddesi uyar\u0131nca hijyen ve sa\u011fl\u0131k gerek\u00e7eleriyle cayma hakk\u0131n\u0131n istisnas\u0131 kapsam\u0131ndad\u0131r.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. TESL\u0130MATA \u0130L\u0130\u015eK\u0130N SORUNLAR<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00dcr\u00fcn kargodan hasarl\u0131 veya eksik \u015fekilde \u00e7\u0131karsa, ALICI durumu en ge\u00e7 2 (iki) g\u00fcn i\u00e7inde foto\u011frafl\u0131 olarak SATICI\u2019ya bildirmelidir.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kargo tutana\u011f\u0131 tutulmam\u0131\u015f, \u00fcr\u00fcn a\u00e7\u0131lm\u0131\u015f veya kullan\u0131lm\u0131\u015fsa iade kabul edilmez.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4.
